The YG Series Dredging Robot is an intelligent, remote-controlled machine specifically designed to remove sludge, debris, and sediment from pipelines, rivers, channels, and industrial tanks. It effectively replaces manual labor in toxic, oxygen-deficient, or confined spaces, dramatically improving safety and operational efficiency.
With a processing capacity of 100 to 300 cubic meters per hour and wireless control range of up to 90 meters in depth, our robots are built for both municipal drainage systems and complex industrial environments. Explosion-proof versions are available for chemical plants, oil refineries, and coal processing facilities.

Equipped with a 4-inch heavy-duty slurry pump, the YG series delivers 100–300 m³/h processing capacity. Optional 6-inch pump increases capacity to 300 m³/h for large-scale projects. Handles particles up to 60mm in diameter.
The integrated design combines pumping, breaking, and transport in a single compact unit. Liftable bucket + high-pressure cleaning system tackles hard sediments, while the detachable screen head prevents clogging. Easy to operate in tight spaces.
The tracked chassis absorbs impact from steps and uneven terrain. Heavy-duty shock absorbers ensure stability, low center of gravity, and high passability. Water-resistant and durable construction reduces deadweight while maintaining strength.
